Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of a TryHard Run account and associated game data.

Delete Your Account In The Game

1. Open TryHard Run.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion request.

After confirmation, the deletion request is sent to our server. The account is signed out in the game, and the game shows that account deletion is in progress.

Deletion Grace Period

Account deletion is completed automatically after 7 days. During this period, you can cancel the deletion from inside the game if you change your mind.

You can also request account deletion by contacting us at blunrik@yandex.ru.

Please include your in-game Player ID if available. We may ask for additional information needed only to identify the correct account.

Data Deleted Or Anonymized

When deletion is completed, account-related personal or account-identifying data is removed or anonymized in our database. This may include:

• game account identifiers linked to the player;
• linked provider records;
• nickname or display name linked to the account;
• leaderboard association;
• unlocked cosmetics, rewards, promo-code records, and similar account-linked game records.

Data That May Be Retained

We may retain limited anonymized, technical, security, anti-fraud, or service records when needed to protect the service, prevent abuse, resolve technical issues, comply with platform requirements, or meet legal obligations. These records are not intended to identify the deleted player account.
